About the festival

  • Rendezvous with Madness Film Festival is an annual film festival that presents features and shorts touching upon the facts and mythology surrounding mental health and addiction.
  • Each program focuses on a different theme. Post-screening panel discussions involve filmmakers, artists and people with professional and personal experience with mental illness and addiction.

Mark your calendars! The official dates of the 2009 Rendezvous with Madness are now confirmed. From November 5th – 14th RWM will be bringing you entertaining and thought provoking programming from around the world. After 17 years, this will be the last year we screen in the Workman Theatre at 1001 Queen St W. Join us this November as we say goodbye to our beloved Workman Theatre in style with what is shaping up to be our best year ever!
